(More customer reviews)UNITED VACUUMS did NOT send the "3M FILTRETE" HEPA BAGS that I ordered.
They sent a FACSIMILE, which I IMMEDIATELY RETURNED to them. After 2 e-mails and 3 telephone calls to them, they RELUCTANLY AGREED to credit my $4.95 postage, (since they did NOT SEND THE BAGS I ORDERED! Photo of bags I ordered SHOWN on their web-site, IS NOT BAGS THEY SENT TO ME.) They STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED my postage amount. (And they were not too nice about it either.)
NOTE: FINALLY REFUNDED. FINALLY RESOLVED.
