(More customer reviews)Being in a small apartment with four cats I really wanted a powerful vacuum with pet hair in mind. I had originally researched Bissell's Pet Hair Eraser but found this one and decided to give it a go.
As the reviewer above said this vacuum is hard to push. After going over the carpet you can really see why though. My carpet has never been so "fluffy" as it is now. The vacuum roller and the hair brush in front of that really perk up the carpet and did an excellent job getting all of the hair out of the rug!
The tools that come with it are very nice. The hand vac rolling brush I have always liked but the rubberized edge brush was really nice for the edges of the couch.
Even with my old vacuum I cleaned the filters after every session and I did the same with this one. Clean up was really easy just using warm water in the sink. People who complain about dust getting outside of the unit during vacuuming are incorrect. The dust gets outside when you open the dust bins. It is a downfall of any of the bag less units that have open top bins but not a real draw back.
Over all I am very happy with this unit. It has power and really puts it to the floor where it is needed. The extra tools are a huge bonus and the hair brush on the front of the unit really does a good job picking up hair. I highly recommend this vacuum.
