(More customer reviews)I tried to put the e-mail exchange I had with the seller here, but Amazon denied it. I rated the seller as requested by Amazon, and their customer service manager sent me an e-mail chastising me for not giving them a stellar review on shipping. They use USPS Priority Mail, which isn't the most reliable. Bottom line, the product is just fine, but the seller has very poor customer service practices. If you can find this product elsewhere, do so.
