(More customer reviews)Once a few bugs were worked out, the vacuum works fine but it is definitely not a quality product. This was advertised as re-manufactured to factory specs. The first problem was a loose screw on the bottom that tore up two rugs. The vacuum was easily repaired, the rugs not so easily. The next problem was the extension wands. The ones that came with the vacuum were not the correct ones. Hoover promised to send replacements - six weeks and counting - still no replacements. The accessory power cleaning head was dirty and badly scratched, but functional. Finally, the power cord is chafed; it is still usable but not what one would expect from a quality product. For the price and the functionality we will keep it but I will think twice before buying another re-manufactured Hoover product.
