I was going to return this until I started reading some reviews on both this machine and the Bissell. So I opened it up and decided to try it. I was amazed. I just mopped my floors 2 days ago and I could not believe the difference this machine makes. I have tiled floors in my kitchen, dining area and sunroom. It cleaned the grout as well and sucked up all the water with out using the dryer. This machine is going to save me a lot of time and effort. I have low back problems and needed something that was effortless and this machine is it. Thank you Sweetie.
