(More customer reviews)This is my second Floormate - I wouldn't be able to get along without it! I have read reviews saying that it leaves a film on the floor, but never in the entire time that I have used this machine has that been the case. I always use the Hoover brand cleaner, and my floors shine and smell very fresh. There is a little learning curve to this machine, but once you get the "hang of it", it is a wonderful machine! Part of the trick is to not try to work with a very large area - just about 3' x 12" or so - scrub then suck up the water. Beats the heck out of traditional mops and then having to dry the floor after....this machine is the best!
