(More customer reviews)We previously owned three Hoover Windtunnel vacuum cleaners. This is by far Hoover's worst design! It is very noisy in operation, the suction will stop and then a filter needs to be cleaned that requires 24 hours to air dry. Extremely messy to deal with emptying the cannister. When it's working, it does pick up well. But it requires too much maintenance. We regret purchasing this vacuum model.
