(More customer reviews)I bought this in February 2011. From then until now, everything was working fine. The vacuum had a really strong suction and I thought I truly found the perfect vacuum cleaner at a bargain price.
Well, as they say, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. This vacuum died on me today. I wasn't doing anything labor-intensive--just vacuuming the carpet like I do every week. Then all of a sudden, everything just shut off. I can't call Hoover because it's a Sunday and it frustrates me that only half of my house is clean.
