(More customer reviews)This is a pretty good overall steamer - four stars. It heats up quickly, has a long cord, good capacity and the steam is nice and hot.
The one star deduction is because you cannot attach the small nozzles to the end of the hose. As far as I can tell - (the instructions are very sparse) - only two things attach to the cleaner itself: (1) the the hose; or (2) the six inch hard funnel-type thing. You can only attach the long fabric covered wand attachments to the end of the hose. The smaller attachments can only attach to the hard funnel thingy.
I do not understand why you cannot attach the smaller attachments - the ones you would probably use most often - to the end of the hose. Lack of pressure? I just don't get it.
That said, the steamer is not very large or heavy, so this isn't a huge deal - hence only a one star deduction, not two.
There are tons and tons of included attachments. There is also one of those "eco-friendly" fabric bags to keep it all in.
The photos (deceivingly) make this look cordless. It isn't. There is a long cord. It is not detachable. You can, however, get a bit of steam for a little while after the steamer is unplugged. So, if you had to use this - say outside to get gum off the sidewalk - it might work.
It is a good steamer overall. I used it successfully to get some wrinkles out of drapes and to get a small stain out of my carpet.
